One looped 35 mm slide film, a small DC motor, a ‘sound-to-light’ unit, a light projector 2 speakers, amplifier and cables.

By applying a similar technique used to optically read the sound strips on cinema film, looped images in this work are read and transmitted as sound. The looped images are constantly rotated by a motor. The various densities of (and within) each image correspond to the shifting sounds emerging from the adjacent rooms.
