This work was made for the Reims Scène d’Europe festival, in France, 2009

Through the use of sound and projected texts, the architectural conditions of the two different performance spaces were being explored. The piece was divided into two parts. It was based around a sound recording of a wooden floating house on a Scandinavian canal and the experience of the listening audience within two different settings. Each of the two parts was projected in each of the two spaces with an interval of a few minutes. The audience had to physically walk between the two spaces while becoming aware of the situations in which they were present. The piece was shown in French; both an English and a French version exist.
